Resident Camp Packing List

The below list of items are “recommended” for Webelos Resident Camp. Please remember that changing weather conditions may necessitate more or less items. It is recommended that these items be stored in a large plastic storage bin for easy access. Backpacks are not recommended for storage of personal items while at Resident Camp.

Individual Webelos Equipment

 (Name on everything)
  • Class 1 & 2 Medical Forms (TWO Copies)
  • Uniform Shirt (no pins, neckerchief, or hat) w/ Hanger
  • T-shirts (7)
  • Shorts (no denim cutoffs) (6)
  • Walking Shoes or Boots (not new)
  • Extra Shoes (sneakers) Water Shoes (not for walking in camp) or Flip Flops
  • Underwear (7)
  • *Hat (not Webelos)
  • Swim Suit
  • Pants or Sweats (3)
  • Lightweight Jacket or Sweatshirt
  • *Poncho or Rain Suit (pants too!)
  • *Flashlight w/ Extra Batteries
  •  Sleeping Bag in Waterproof Bag
  • Set of Twin size bed sheets (for hot nights)
  • Mattress Pad (if desired) Pillow
  •  Footlocker or Utility Tub (for personal gear)
  • Bath Towels (nothing that you value)
  • (2) Hand Towels (ditto)(2) Pool Towel
  • *Soap/Shampoo
  • Toothbrush/Toothpaste
  •  Brush/Comb
  • *Canteen/Water bottle/Cup (with strap)
  • Mess Kit/Utensils
  • Spending Money ($10.00/day)
  • Clothes Line w/ Clothes Pins
  • *Sunscreen & Insect repellent
  • Plastic Bags for wet stuff
  • Second Year Webelos will need a Day-Pack
