Colonial Trail District Webeloree 2005

Pack 36 was happy to host the Webeloree at Sky Anchor Farm on Saturday 1 October 2005. We had a great turn out of about 57 boys from many districts in our council. We had an overnight camp and then a full day of activities.  Pack 36 was able to pull it off due to the great help we received from the likes of Mike and Penny Barnes, Jim Viser, David Kimball, Bruce Meyer, Frank Zirges, Stuart Fielding, Chris Dunham, and our Boy Scout assistants Matt S., Andrew F. S., David B. and Shawn Z.  It was a day packed with awesome learning fun.  Thanks to all who came out and a big thank you to the volunteers who helped us put it on. Thanks also to Marie Jones our Colonial Trails District Executive for all of her support.  Check out some of the photos courtesy of Andrew:

Mr. Meyer makes First Aid fun

Mr. Kimball makes this game fun!

He said to rub these sticks together until something happens.

Ms. Penny made Forrester great!

Mr. Mike is prepared!

Thanks Troop 36 for helping out!

Run, jump, let me chase them!

This is too easy....

Okay try it with two bags on your head then.

Do not put a tourniquet around his neck!

Direct pressure works best, so there will be a quiz on all of this.

Hot dogs for lunch, thanks Boy Scouts for helping out!

Hot dogs, it just doesn't get better than this.

Hot dogs... again.

Okay, so we would probably eat anything about now.

The DE hard at work.

Mr. Zirges and Mr. Fielding putting on the Showman.

This game is jus way too hard.

Ahh, relaxation.

A little glue, a little glitter and... whoa you call that a puppet?

Spark, spark, no fire.

Trust me, if there was a fire here, this IS how you would put it out.

Left over right, right over left. Thanks Mr. Viser.

Is this the same crowd relaxing?

This is real fun!

I can not see a thing Mr. Kimball.

Okay, drop it noooow!

We got it!

Easy now...easy

First, avoid heat stroke by staying out of the sun, like this.

A bigger perspective on shade.

That was a loooong day.
